AirClad X design, manufacture and build sustainable architectural systems for premium outdoor events and provide unrivalled managed project services.

All projects are handled by an experienced and dedicated project manager who will work closely with the client to obtain a comprehensive understanding of your needs, your company, market and your target audience and ensure there is a consistent approach through planning and design, logistics and the install and de- rig of your event.

At AirClad X we invest considerable time in our crew, training them to be industry standard setters.  All crew undergo detailed, specialised training on not only the structures we work with, but the expectations of our clients and the demanding environment that is the event industry.  We understand our clients’ needs and we ensure our crew do too.

Our installation crews are all managed by an experienced and qualified ‘Technical Crew Chief’ who will lead the project on site.  Where appropriate, usually on more complex builds, the ‘Project Manager’ may also be on site to help the crew through the process.

Our Crew Chiefs are highly trained and are both professional and passionate about what they do.

They also possess associated event site skills, such as fork lift and tele-handler driving.

We invest additional time with our Crew Chiefs to establish a greater depth of knowledge that proves invaluable when on site, especially when then unexpected nature of events throws a curve ball our way.

We ensure we instil in our crew, the importance of site working and the safety aspects that are present.

Health and Safety is taken extremely seriously at AirClad X, with all crew undergoing a full induction when starting with us and are immersed in our on-going H&S development.

 As a part of our continual improvement model, we ask our clients for feedback on all staff that have been involved throughout the project and use this feedback to improve our training and ultimately our clients’ experience.

For clients who have purchased structures from us, we offer comprehensive training and back up.

This can be organised training days at a clients’ premises or on-site training working with a clients’ own crew.

If you feel you would like the back up of one of our experts, AirClad X can supply a technician to be on-site for your first install, or as many time that you might need our input for peace of mind.

We can also offer full technical support packages, so you are fully confident if you are planning on installing and maintaining the structures yourself.
